Few things,
1. Makron, who turns out to be a Phil-Ellin (Greek-Friendly), refused to upgrade any French airplanes and other military equipment in possession of Pakistan. The decision includes Italian equipment. The decision made India is very happy. Why this happened? Because of Pakistan’s support for Turkey in Artsak and East Mediterranean:

Armenian military confirmed that they had problems with using Iskander because of shortage of missiles. The said, that Russia assisted them, although the help was limited.
The same Armenian source said that traitors will be prosecuted.

Among those traitors the first to appear is the Prime Minister Pashinian
On a related note, it would be great to hear from The Saker on the Turkish “drone swarm” technology which was reportedly very effective in Karabakh as well as Libya and Syria (see an op-ed in RT: https://www.rt.com/op-ed/508000-turkey-drone-swarms-war/; the author argues it’s a game-changer rendering tanks useless – is it indeed?)
The Azerbaijanis lost just under 3,000 men, killed and missing, in the 44 day Karabakh war it has been announced. Armenian deaths and missing are just under 5,000 according to the Azeris and some Armenian sources. I would say that figure is accurate.

Russia held on 23 july a military exercise with Armenia specifically aimed at fighting drones. It would be interesting to know more about that exercise and why it didn’t result in preparedness in Nagorno-Karabach.
